Isla and I have worked together for nearly ten years across different roles. I’ve seen her excel strategically and operationally, and have always been impressed with her view of the bigger picture and her understanding of the tactical, operational.
In one of our first roles together, we worked side-by-side on the strategy and rollout of marketing initiatives between the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, which required cultural sensitivity and a solid grasp of business development principles to tailor these to our markets. We had a number of successes in adapting campaigns and initiatives to target new work. Always cool and collected, she was ahead of every deadline and managed our projects impeccably. I am in a new role now, and am happy to have reengaged with Isla on a number of new projects.
In addition, she is a delight to work with. I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, warm, open, and creative. I look forward to working together more in the future.
